Reggie Studio ("Reggie," "we," "us," or "our") operates the product rendering service available at getreggie.ai. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our services. By using Reggie, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

Account Information. When you sign up or place an order, we collect your name, email address, company name, and billing information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Uploaded Files. You may upload CAD files (STEP, OBJ, STL, IGES, and other 3D formats), product photographs, reference images, brand assets, and related materials for the purpose of producing renders. These files are treated as confidential client data.

Usage Data. We collect basic analytics data including pages visited, session duration, device type, and approximate location (country/region). This data is collected via Vercel Analytics and does not include personally identifiable information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Produce and deliver the product renders you request
• Communicate with you about your orders, revisions, and account
• Process payments and maintain billing records
• Improve our rendering pipeline and overall service quality
• Comply with legal obligations

4. File Security and Encryption

All files uploaded to Reggie are encrypted in transit using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Access to client files is restricted to authorized personnel directly involved in producing your renders. We maintain strict internal access controls and audit logs.

5. Files Are Not Used for AI Training

Your uploaded CAD files, product photographs, and delivered renders are never used to train AI models, machine learning systems, or any form of generative model. Your files exist on our systems solely for the purpose of fulfilling your rendering order. This commitment applies to all file types and all service tiers.

6. File Retention and Deletion

All client files — including uploaded source files and delivered renders — are permanently deleted from our systems 30 days after delivery, unless a different retention period is agreed upon in writing. If you need files retained for a longer period, please contact us before the 30-day window expires. You may also request early deletion at any time by emailing hello@getreggie.ai.

7. Non-Disclosure Agreements

We understand that many of the products we render are pre-launch, proprietary, or otherwise confidential. A mutual non-disclosure agreement (NDA) is available upon request for any client. Contact us at hello@getreggie.ai to initiate the NDA process before uploading sensitive files.

8. Cookies and Analytics

We use Vercel Analytics to collect anonymous, aggregated usage data about how visitors interact with getreggie.ai. Vercel Analytics is privacy-focused and does not use cookies for tracking. We do not run third-party advertising trackers, social media pixels, or retargeting scripts on our site. Essential cookies may be used to maintain session state and authentication.

9. Data Sharing and Sales

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or uploaded files to any third party. We may share limited information with the following service providers who assist in operating our business: Stripe (payment processing), Vercel (hosting and analytics), and cloud storage providers (encrypted file storage). These providers are bound by their own privacy policies and data processing agreements.

10. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data and uploaded files
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
